FOSTER UPDATE: Spicy shares her foster home with another greyhound. Occasionally, Spicy will growl at her doggie roommate but has never growled at people. When out in public, Spicy is a little shy and sticks close to her foster guardians. No problems with anxiety when the fosters leave the home and Spicy rides well in the car, barks very little, and is completely house trained so she is not crated. No health problems or food issues have been observed. Spicy tends to pull on the leash, but loves her walks and especially enjoys chasing after a ball. Grooming and ear cleaning is a breeze and Spicy is learning to respond to her name and the command ‘No.’  Kleenex boxes need to be kept out of reach or else they will be shredded. If Spicy spots a coyote in the desert close to her home, she will ROO the Star Spangled Banner!
